St George Hotel, Darlington (Durham)

I found the hotel to be very convenient for a work stopover despite not flying anywhere. The room had a temperature issue but included excellent amenities at no extra cost. The service was exceptional, although it seemed like the staff were juggling multiple responsibilities. The location near the cargo airport could use some refreshing, but it's recommended for special events or anyone passing through Darlington. The dining experience offered a buffet-style breakfast but had some quality issues. Overall, a mixed but reasonably priced stay.

The hotel was clean and very quiet, with not particularly comfortable beds, but desperately needs an overhaul. The price was reasonable for my stay.
